Robin Atkin Downes is an English actor recognized as one of the most prolific voice-over talents in Los Angeles. He has lent his voice to numerous characters in video games, including Atoq Navarro and Tenzin in the Uncharted series, Kazuhira 'Kaz' Miller in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and the Prophet of Regret in Halo 2. His film credits include voicing characters in How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (2019) and Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms (2021). Downes has also voiced characters in animated series such as Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
