Brenton Thwaites is an Australian actor who began his career in 2011 with a leading role in the series Slide. He gained further recognition with appearances in the soap opera Home and Away before transitioning to Hollywood, where he starred in films such as Blue Lagoon: The Awakening (2012), Oculus (2013), The Giver (2014), and Gods of Egypt (2016).
