Zoe Kazan is an American actress, playwright, and screenwriter who made her acting debut in Swordswallowers and Thin Men (2003). She gained recognition for her performances in films such as The Savages (2007), Revolutionary Road (2008), and It's Complicated (2009). Kazan starred in Happy. Thank You. More. Please. (2010), Meek's Cutoff (2010), and Ruby Sparks (2012), the latter of which she also wrote. Her role as Emily Gardner in The Big Sick (2017) further demonstrated her talent. In addition to her film work, she received an Emmy nomination for her performance in the HBO miniseries Olive Kitteridge. Kazan co-wrote Wildlife (2018) with Paul Dano, who directed the film.
