Zbigniew Zamachowski is a Polish actor who starred as "Karol Karol" in the film Three Colors: White (1994). He graduated from the National Film School in Łódź and began his acting career in 1981. Zamachowski gained recognition for his performances in Krzysztof Kieślowski's Dekalog (1989) and has won the Polish Film Award twice for his roles in Hi, Tereska (2001) and Zmróż oczy (2004). His filmography also includes significant roles in Colonel Kwiatkowski (1996), With Fire and Sword (1999), and Walesa: Man of Hope (2013). He has been associated with the National Theater in Warsaw since 1997.
