Zach Braff is an American actor, screenwriter, producer, and director who made his directorial debut with Garden State (2004). He gained prominence for his portrayal of Dr. John Dorian on the television series Scrubs, which earned him an Emmy nomination and spanned eight years. Braff has also starred in films such as The Last Kiss and The Ex, and lent his voice to Chicken Little. His work on Garden State resulted in a Grammy Award for Best Soundtrack Album in 2005. His recent projects include Cheaper by the Dozen (2022) and French Girl (2024).
