Zac Efron is an American actor who gained fame for his portrayal of Troy Bolton in the High School Musical trilogy (2006–2008). He began his professional acting career in the early 2000s and has appeared in a variety of films, including Hairspray (2007), 17 Again (2009), and Neighbors (2014). Efron has also starred in The Greatest Showman (2017) and played Ted Bundy in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (2019). His work on the Netflix series Down to Earth with Zac Efron (2020–2022) earned him a Daytime Emmy Award in 2021. Efron portrays Kevin Von Erich in The Iron Claw (2023).
