William Shockley is an actor who played Hank Lawson in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in political science and has appeared in various films and television series, including Showgirls (1995) and Welcome to Paradise (2007). In addition to his acting career, Shockley is a musician and serves as the vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the band Kanan Dume. His recent work includes the film Haunting of the Queen Mary (2023).
