William Bronder was an American actor who made his film debut in Flush (1982). He had a notable presence in both film and television, appearing in seven films and around 50 television episodes from the 1970s to the 2000s. Bronder often took on roles as rough working-class men, with his portrayal of the unfriendly junkyard owner Milo Pressman in Stand by Me (1986) being particularly memorable. His filmography also includes titles such as Cannery Row (1982), Yes, Giorgio (1982), and Return to Me (2000). In addition to his acting career, he was an avid pigeon racer and a Hall of Fame member of the FVC San Fernando Valley Pigeon Club.
