Willa Holland is an American actress who provided the voice of Aqua in the Kingdom Hearts video game franchise. She gained prominence for her portrayal of Thea Queen, the younger sister of Oliver Queen, in the television series Arrow. Holland has also appeared in notable roles such as Agnes Andrews in Gossip Girl and in The O.C. Her film credits include Legion (2010) and she has been involved in the voice acting for the character Aqua since 2010's Birth By Sleep.
