Weruche Opia is a British-Nigerian actress who gained recognition for her role as Terry Pratchard in the BBC series I May Destroy You (2020). She made her television debut in a 2010 episode of The Bill and later worked with the Renegade Theatre Company in Nigeria. Opia has appeared in several notable productions, including the Channel 4 crime drama Top Boy (2012), the BBC comedy Bad Education (2013), and the sitcom Sliced (2019-2020). She was nominated for a British Academy Television Award for her performance in I May Destroy You and won a Black Reel Award. Opia also stars in the film Slumberland (2022).
