Wang Luoyong is the first Chinese Broadway singer who played Grandmaster Yip Man in Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993). He has appeared in American films and television, including his role as Shao Ruhai in CCTV's The Legend of Bruce Lee, where he portrayed a master of Hung Ga and Bruce Lee's first trainer. His character in that series is semi-based on James Yimm Lee.
