Wang Deshun is a Chinese actor who began his career at the Changchun Theater before moving to Beijing to pursue theater further. He developed a distinctive style that often included painting himself and remaining still for extended periods. Wang gained recognition in the late 1980s and early 1990s, performing both in Beijing and internationally in countries like Germany, France, and South Korea. He started working out at age 50, dedicating four hours daily to sculpt his physique. Wang lent his voice to the character in Ne Zha 2 (2025).
