Vincent D'Onofrio is an American actor and filmmaker who portrayed Private Leonard "Gomer Pyle" Lawrence in Full Metal Jacket (1987). He has taken on significant roles in various films and television series, including Robert E. Howard in The Whole Wide World (1996), Edgar the Bug in Men in Black (1997), and Carl Stargher in The Cell (2000). D'Onofrio also played New York City Police Detective Robert Goren in Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001–11) and Victor "Vic" Hoskins in Jurassic World (2015). He portrayed Wilson Fisk / Kingpin in Marvel's Daredevil (2015) and other Marvel Cinematic Universe series.
