Vikram Gokhale was an Indian actor who made his directorial debut with the Marathi film Aaghaat in 2010. He appeared in notable films such as Agneepath (1990), Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), and Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007). Gokhale also had a significant presence in Marathi theatre and television, and he continued to work in films like Hichki (2018) and Mission Mangal (2019) even after retiring from stage activities in 2016 due to health issues. He was the son of renowned Marathi actor Chandrakant Gokhale and was married to actress Vrushali, with whom he had two daughters. Gokhale was also involved in social activism, supporting various charitable causes.
