Varun Grover is an Indian lyricist, writer, stand-up comedian, and filmmaker who won the Best Lyricist award at the 63rd National Film Awards in 2015. He co-created the political satire group Aisi Taisi Democracy and made his directorial debut with All India Rank, which closed the 52nd Rotterdam International Film Festival in 2023. Grover has worked on films such as Bombay Velvet (2015) and Qala (2022).
