Vanilla Ice is an American rapper and actor who starred in the film Cool as Ice (1991). He gained fame with his debut album, Hooked, released in 1989, and the subsequent album To the Extreme (1990), which featured the hit single "Ice Ice Baby," the first hip hop track to top the Billboard charts. In addition to his music career, he has appeared in various television projects, including hosting The Vanilla Ice Project on DIY Network. He appeared in the film That's My Boy (2012), alongside Adam Sandler. He released the album WTF - Wisdom, Tenacity and Focus in 2011.
