Trey Edward Shults is a director who made his debut with the short film Mother and Son in 2010. He gained recognition for his feature film Krisha, which premiered at South by Southwest in 2015 and won the Grand Jury Award. Shults has worked on several projects, including the feature adaptation of Krisha released in 2016, and he contributed as a camera PA on Midnight Special (2016). Additionally, he directed and produced the short film Two to One in 2011.
