Toshio Furukawa is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Piccolo in the Dragon Ball series. He began his career with a voice role as a soldier in Brave Raideen. Throughout his extensive career, he has voiced characters such as Kagege in Keroro Gunso, Kai Shiden in Mobile Suit Gundam, and Ataru Moroboshi in Urusei Yatsura. Furukawa has also performed in the band Slapstick alongside notable voice actors. His work includes appearances in Dragon Ball Super: Broly (2018) and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (2022). He is affiliated with Aoni Production and has a pet dog named Asuma, named after Asuma Shinohara from Mobile Police Patlabor.
