Toshihiko Seki is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Duo Maxwell in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing (1995). Active in the industry since 1983, he is affiliated with 81 Produce. Seki has portrayed a variety of characters, including Iruka Umino in Naruto (2002), Kaien Shiba in Bleach (2004), and Legato Bluesummers in Trigun (1998). He voiced Muzan Kibutsuji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and has reprised the role of Momotaros in Kamen Rider Den-O multiple times. His contributions extend to video games and dubbing, and he was ranked as the 9th favorite voice actor in Animage Magazine's 26th Annual Reader's Poll in 2004.
