Tony Darrow is an Italian-American actor known for his role as Sonny, the owner of the Bamboo Lounge, in Goodfellas (1990). He began his career after a decade of performing in nightclubs, which led to his first film appearance in Street Trash, where he portrayed a mobster. Darrow was cast in Goodfellas by director Martin Scorsese. He also appeared in several Woody Allen films, including Bullets Over Broadway (1994) and Mighty Aphrodite (1995). In addition to his film work, Darrow played mobster Larry Barese in the HBO series The Sopranos (1999–2007). He was featured in the 1999 film Analyze This alongside Robert De Niro and Billy Crystal.
