Qiu Tonglan is a Chinese actor who played Xie Boyan in *The Thirteenth Administration Bureau* (2022). He began his career in the entertainment industry with a role in *Chang'an Xing*, a historical suspense drama that started filming in November 2021. Qiu also starred in *Love Agent*, which commenced filming in July 2022. He received the 'Annual Potential Actor' award at the Sina 2022 Weibo Movie Awards on August 14, 2022. His work includes the television series *The Soul of the Sword*, where he portrays You Xinglan, and *Caught*, set to release in 2025.
