Tom Jackson is a Canadian actor and country folk singer who founded the annual Huron Carole fund-raising concerts in 1987. He gained recognition for his roles in television series such as Shining Time Station (1989) as Billy Twofeathers and North of 60 (1992) as Peter Kenidi. Jackson's film credits include Cold Pursuit (2019). He has been honored with the Order of Canada, the nation's highest civilian distinction, and served as the Chancellor of Trent University from 2009 to 2013.
