Todd Williams is an American actor who portrayed Officer Isaac Joiner in the television series The Chicago Code. He began his acting journey while studying at Talent Unlimited High School in Manhattan, later shifting his focus from Music Business at New York University to acting. Williams made his film debut in the 2001 feature Lift alongside Kerry Washington and has appeared in various television shows, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Twilight Zone. After moving to Los Angeles, he took on guest roles in popular series such as CSI and The Game. In addition, he featured in the indie film The Last Stand and was part of the cast in The Vampire Diaries. Williams also starred in the film San Andreas (2015).
