Toby Huss is an American actor who portrayed Artie in the Nickelodeon series The Adventures of Pete & Pete (1993–1996). He provided voice work on the animated series King of the Hill (1997–2010, 2025–present), where he voiced Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotton Hill, later taking over the role of Dale Gribble. Huss also played Felix 'Stumpy' Dreifuss in HBO's Carnivàle (2003–2005) and John Bosworth in AMC's Halt and Catch Fire. His film credits include Copshop (2021), Rescue Dawn (2007), and Fast Charlie (2023).
