Tim Novotny
Tim Novotny is an American film actor who began his career as a music composer while also acting at Kent State University's theatre program from 2008 to 2012. He has composed soundtracks for various independent films, including Urban Cannibal Massacre. Transitioning to directing and editing, Novotny created short films such as Twisted Fate and Syndrome. His short film Sonny's Guest received three awards at the 48 Hour Horror Film Competition, leading to his first feature film, Vile Prey, which premiered at the Nightmares Film Festival in 2016. He won the Marshell Hawkins Award for Best Score in a Feature Film at the Idyllwild International Film Festival in 2018 for Dark Iris. Novotny is also the CEO and producer of The Novotarian Syndicate.
