Tim Daly is an American actor, producer, and director who portrayed Joe Hackett in the NBC sitcom Wings. He played Pete Wilder in the ABC medical drama Private Practice from 2007 to 2012. Daly also lent his voice to Clark Kent/Superman in Superman: The Animated Series and several animated films featuring the character. His notable television appearances include a recurring role as J.T. Dolan on The Sopranos and as Henry McCord in the CBS political drama Madam Secretary. In addition to his television work, he appeared in the film Denise Calls Up (1995).
