Terri Abney is an actress who made her film debut in the title role of Monique "Money" Matters in Money Matters (2015). She has appeared in notable films such as Loving, where she played Mildred's sister, and Bolden, which centers on jazz musician Buddy Bolden. Abney's television credits include a role in the premiere episode of Greenleaf and appearances in Atlanta and Game of Silence. She has also worked in theater on the East Coast and is developing her first feature film, Victoria, with writing partner Rashonda Joplin. Abney starred in A Thousand and One (2023).
