Taylor Lautner is an American actor who played the role of Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga film series. He began his career with minor roles in television comedies such as The Bernie Mac Show and My Wife and Kids, and provided voice work for What's New, Scooby-Doo? and Danny Phantom. Lautner gained significant recognition for his performances in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D (2005) and the action film Abduction (2011). He starred in the BBC sitcom Cuckoo from 2014 to 2018 and played Dr. Cassidy Cascade in the second season of Scream Queens (2016). Lautner was named the highest-paid teenage actor in Hollywood in 2010.
