Taylor Handley is an American actor who played Rory Buck in the film Jack Frost (1998). He starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Phantom of the Megaplex (2000) and appeared in three episodes of Dawson's Creek. Handley portrayed Oliver Trask in six episodes of The O.C. (2003-2004). His film credits include The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) and September Dawn (2007). Handley also had a role in the CW series Hidden Palms (2007). He guest starred in the pilot of Southland (2009) and reprised his role in the second season.
