Tara Fitzgerald is an English actress who won the New York Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play in 1995 for her portrayal of Ophelia in Hamlet. She has appeared in various films, including Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014), Legend (2015), The King (2019), and Miss Willoughby and the Haunted Bookshop (2022). Fitzgerald also received the Best Actress Award at The Reims International Television Festival in 1999 for her role as Lady Dona St. Columb in Frenchman's Creek. In addition to her film work, she has been featured in over 30 episodes of the BBC series Waking The Dead since 2007. Fitzgerald's stage credits include performances in The Misanthrope and A Doll's House.
