Sydney Walker was a character actor who made his film debut in A Lovely Way to Die (1968). He had a prolific career on stage, appearing in 22 Broadway productions from 1960 to 1973, including a role as the Archbishop of Canterbury in the production of Beckett. Walker appeared in films such as Prelude to a Kiss (1992) and Love Story (1970), where he portrayed the doctor. He also played the bus driver in Mrs. Doubtfire and made several appearances on CBS Radio Mystery Theater in 1974. His last film role was in Getting Even with Dad (1994).
