Steven Culp is an actor who portrayed Robert F. Kennedy in Thirteen Days (2000). He gained notable recognition for his roles in JAG (1995) as CIA Agent Clayton Webb and Desperate Housewives (2004) as Rex Van de Kamp. During the 2003-04 television season, he appeared in four series simultaneously, including The West Wing (1999) as Jeff Haffley and ER (1994) as Dave Spencer. He also had a recurring role as Major Hayes in Star Trek: Enterprise (2001). In 2013, Culp joined the cast of Revolution (2012) as Edward Truman. He has been married to Barbara Ayers since 1990 and they have two children.
