Steven Brand is a Scottish actor who made his American film debut in The Scorpion King (2002) as Memnon, the primary antagonist. His career includes appearances in various television series such as The Mind of the Married Man and CSI, as well as films like Treasure Raiders (2007) and Say It in Russian (2007). Brand is also known for his voice work, notably as Alexander Anderson in the anime Hellsing. More recently, he appeared in Saw X (2023).
