Sonja Bennett is a Canadian actress and screenwriter who made her film debut in Punch (2002), earning the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actress in a Canadian Film. She has appeared in various films including Donovan's Echo, Cole, Control Alt Delete, and Fido, as well as the television series Godiva's and Cold Squad. Bennett also starred in and wrote the screenplay for Preggoland (2014), marking her debut as a screenwriter. Her performance in Young People Fucking (2007) is among her notable works. Bennett is the daughter of director and writer Guy Bennett.
