Sonia Dhillon Tully

Sonia Dhillon Tully is a Canadian actress who made her debut in the early drama Side Effects in 2005. She studied Fine Arts at York University and initially paused her acting career to pursue a Bachelor of Education in Yoga from Brahmrishi Yoga Training College. After returning to Toronto, she became a yoga instructor and created the TV series Intimate Yoga, which aired on SunTV. Tully resumed her acting career in 2014 and has appeared in projects such as Wedding Season (2022), Locke & Key, and The Changeling. She has also trained as a personal trainer for brain injury survivors.
