Soma Dey is an Indian actress who made her film debut in Haraye Khunji (1974). She gained prominence for her portrayal of Chintamani in Bilwamangal (1976), directed by Govinda Ray. Throughout her career, she appeared in various Bengali films, including Janmabhumi (1974), Bondi Bidhata (1976), Shankhabish (1976), and Sudur Niharika (1976). Soma Dey also featured in Barbadhu (1978) and Byapika Biday (1980). Her work in Bhai Amar Bhai (1996) solidified her legacy in Bengali cinema.
