Sofía Espinosa is a Mexican actress who received acclaim for her performance as Mati in the film La Niña en la Piedra (Nadie Te Ve) (2006). She honed her craft at prestigious institutions, including the National Conservatory of Music and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Espinosa has appeared in numerous films, such as Sea of Dreams (2006), The Kid: Chamaco (2009), and I Miss You (2010). She also starred in the TV series Capadocia (2010) and co-produced the film Los Bañistas (2014). Her portrayal of Gloria Trevi in the biopic Gloria earned her both the Diosa de Plata and the Ariel Award for Best Actress.
