Skeet Ulrich is an American actor who portrayed Billy Loomis in Scream (1996). He gained prominence in the 1990s with notable performances in The Craft (1996) and As Good as It Gets (1997). Ulrich has also appeared in the series Jericho as Jake Green and in Law & Order as Detective Rex Winters. More recently, he starred as Forsythe Pendleton "F.P." Jones II in the CW series Riverdale, a role he has maintained since 2017. He reprised his role as Billy in the sequels Scream (2022) and Scream VI (2023).
