Simon Ward was an English actor who portrayed Winston Churchill in the film Young Winston (1972). He had a diverse career in both stage and film, appearing as Sir Monty Everard in Judge John Deed and Bishop Gardiner in The Tudors. Ward also appeared in Supergirl (1984).
