Simon Helberg is an American actor, comedian, and musician who played Howard Wolowitz in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory (2007–2019). He has appeared in various films, including Old School (2003), Good Night, and Good Luck (2005), and Florence Foster Jenkins (2016), where he portrayed Cosmé McMoon and earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor – Motion Picture. Helberg also wrote and directed We'll Never Have Paris (2014), inspired by his relationship with his wife, Jocelyn Towne. He won the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on The Big Bang Theory.
