Sheck Wes is an American rapper and singer who gained prominence with his breakout single "Mo Bamba" in 2017. He signed a joint record deal in 2018 with Travis Scott's Cactus Jack and Kanye West's GOOD Music, under Interscope Records. Raised in a Muslim household, he spent his early years in Milwaukee before returning to New York at 14. Wes began his music career at age 11, inspired by his challenging upbringing. In addition to music, he pursued basketball in high school, which led to a significant opportunity in fashion during the unveiling of the Yeezy Season 3 collection. He appears in the film Lake George (2025).
