Sharan is an Indian film actor who made his debut in the mid-1990s. He gained significant recognition for his lead role in the comedy film Rambo, which marked his 100th film. Primarily associated with Kannada cinema, Sharan has performed in titles such as Maanikya (2014) and Yajamana (2019). He has the distinction of being the first Indian actor to portray a double role in three out of his first seven lead films. Sharan has also ventured into playback singing and film production.
