Seoyeon Jang is a British-Korean actress who made her acting debut in the Korean web series One Fine Week in 2019. She has appeared in various K-drama rom-coms and thrillers, including Stock Struck, Love Is for Suckers, Heartbeat, Doctor Lawyer, Snowdrop, and Good Partner. Jang also had a small role in the 2021 film Emergency Declaration alongside her Beef co-star Song Kang-ho. In addition to her work in K-dramas, she portrayed Moon, a secretary in the spy thriller Butterfly, a joint production between the U.S. and South Korea. She is featured in the series Beef, which premiered in 2023.
