Seizo Kato was a Japanese actor and voice actor who voiced Megatron and Galvatron in the original Transformers series and its sequel, Transformers: The Headmasters. He provided ADR for Takeshi Kato's character in the film Ran (1985) after the original actor was injured. Kato's work included his role in Doraemon: Nobita's Dorabian Nights (1991). Kato was affiliated with Haikyo, the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
