Sei Hiraizumi is a Japanese actor who began his career in 1964 with Daiei Film company. He gained prominence during the 1970s and early 1980s by portraying guest villain roles in numerous jidaigeki and detective television dramas. Hiraizumi has also lent his voice to animated films, including a role in Weathering with You (2019).
