Sean Hayes is an American actor and producer who gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Jack McFarland on the NBC sitcom Will & Grace. He has received numerous accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award and four Screen Actors Guild Awards, along with multiple nominations for Golden Globe and Tony Awards. His film credits include Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss (1998), The Bucket List (2007), and Monsters University (2013). Hayes also made his Broadway debut in the musical revival Promises, Promises in 2010 and won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Play for his role in Good Night, Oscar in 2022. He co-hosts the podcast SmartLess with Jason Bateman and Will Arnett.
