Samuel Roukin is an English actor who starred as Poppy's love interest in Happy Go Lucky (2008). He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, graduating in 2003, and has participated in various school productions at Merchant Taylors' School, Crosby, where he also conducts acting workshops. Roukin appeared in Bright Star (2009), directed by Jane Campion, and played a Snatcher in the Harry Potter series, specifically in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I & II (2010-2011). His work includes a lead villain role in the ITV drama DCI Banks - Aftermath, which attracted over 5.5 million viewers. Roukin was featured in A Call to Spy (2020).
