Sam Rockwell is an American actor who won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Jason Dixon in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). He received a nomination for the same award the following year for his performance in Vice (2018). Rockwell's filmography includes notable titles such as The Green Mile (1999), Jojo Rabbit (2019), and The One and Only Ivan (2020). In addition to his film work, he earned a Tony Award nomination for his role in the Broadway revival of American Buffalo.
