Sam Campbell is an Australian stand-up comedian and actor who won the Best Newcomer award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2015. He created a short comedy series for Comedy Central Australia and appeared on ABC TV’s The Checkout. In 2018, he received the Most Outstanding Show award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and in 2022, he won the Best Comedy Show award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards for his performance in Comedy Show. Campbell was a writer and actor on the cult TV series Don't Hug Me I'm Scared and is a contestant on the sixteenth series of Taskmaster. He is also set to pilot a Channel 4 series titled Make That Movie!, where he will develop films inspired by the dreams of strangers.
