Sakshi Shivananda made her film debut in Bollywood in 1996. She quickly gained prominence in Tollywood, starting with her first Telugu film alongside Chiranjeevi in Master, which was a major success. Her subsequent work includes appearances with notable actors such as Nagarjuna Akkineni in Seetharamaraju and Nandamuri Balakrishna in Vamsoddarakudu. She also participated in the socio-fantasy film Yamajathakudu with Mohan Babu and starred in Yuvaraju alongside Mahesh Babu. Sakshi Shivananda is featured in the film Khushi (2003).
